Where is my data?

On your iPhone, and only there. You can export the journal as JSON from Settings. Read the privacy policy for the full detail.

Why will dictation not start?

LiftInk only uses on-device speech recognition. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition, and make sure on-device dictation is available for your language.

What if a note is read incorrectly?

Correct the exercise name, weight or reps before you file it. LiftInk saves the corrected record exactly as you leave it.

Can I recover a deleted workout?

Not from a LiftInk server. There is not one. Export the journal regularly if you want a separate backup.
