The short version: LiftInk collects nothing. Your workout journal stays on your iPhone.

What LiftInk stores

Your workout notes and logged sessions are stored in a local database on your device. Nothing is uploaded, synced or backed up to a server run by us. There is no LiftInk server.

Dictation

If you dictate a workout, speech is recognised on your device using Apple’s on-device speech recognition. LiftInk does not fall back to server-based recognition. Audio is not saved to disk or sent to us.

On-device intelligence

On supported iPhones, LiftInk may use Apple’s on-device language model to read a note. That processing stays on the device.

What LiftInk collects

• No personal data
• No analytics or tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No third-party SDKs in the app
• No accounts or sign-in

Export and deletion

You can export your journal as a JSON file from the app. Deleting LiftInk deletes its local data because the device is the only place it is stored.

Website demo

The parser demo on this website runs in your browser. The note you enter is not sent to us or stored by the site.
